CHAPTER 257. VILLAGE OF NORTHFIELD
Subchapter VI. Financial Provisions
§ 257-608. Village moneys; orders
(a) All money belonging to the Village shall be paid to the treasurer, be safely kept by the treasurer, and paid out only upon orders issued by the Board of Trustees.
(b) All money raised by bonds or notes shall be appropriated and paid out in the manner prescribed by law.
