CHAPTER 257. VILLAGE OF NORTHFIELD
Subchapter VI. Financial Provisions
§ 257-605. Amount to be raised by taxation
From the effective date of the budget, the amounts voted therein as the amount to be raised by taxation shall constitute a determination of the amount of the levy for the purpose of the Village in the corresponding tax year. A copy of the budget as finally adopted shall be certified by the manager and filed by the manager with the Board of Trustees, whose duty it shall be to compute the taxes for the corresponding tax year.
