§ 257-201. Annual meeting

(a) Annually on the first Tuesday in June, a meeting of the legal voters of the Village of Northfield shall be held at 7:30 o'clock in the evening, or at such other hour as may be designated in the warning for such meeting, at a place appointed by the Board of Trustees.

(b) A legal voter of this Village shall be a citizen of this Village who is qualified to vote by law in a municipal meeting.
