§ 257-103. Wards of village
The Board of Trustees is empowered to make such changes from time to time in the number and boundaries of the several wards of the Village as it may deem proper, having regard, so far as practicable and convenient, to an equal division of population among them; provided that, after the first change so made, such changes shall not be made oftener than once in five years.
