§ 247-703. Confirmation of Appropriations
Whenever a proposal calling for an appropriation in excess of $1,000.00 is made at either an annual or a special meeting, a quorum of fifteen per cent of the legal voters of the village shall be confirmed by the Moderator before such proposal can be discussed and/or acted upon in the meeting.
