§ 247-1202. Police Department
The Trustees shall have the same powers with regard to the establishment of a police department and appointment of police officers, including temporary police officers, as set forth under the provisions of Chapter 55 of Title 24 of the Vermont Statutes Annotated or any amendments thereto.
