§ 237-30. Ordinances; prosecutions

All violations of the village ordinances and by-laws may be prosecuted in behalf of the village by its attorney, or police officers, or by any other duly authorized prosecuting officer before the Caledonia municipal court or before any justice of the peace of the county of Caledonia.
