§ 235-51. Grand list
The grand list of Ludlow, comprised within the limits of the village, shall constitute the grand list of the village. All the territory embraced within the limits of said village is hereby constituted a highway district of the town of Ludlow, and all the highway taxes assessed upon the polls and ratable estate therein shall be paid in money.
