§ 235-116. Recording and certification of by-laws

The by-laws of said village shall be recorded in the office of the clerk of said village, and the clerk's certificate that such by-laws were adopted at an annual meeting of said village, or at a special meeting thereof, called for that purpose, shall be prima facie evidence of such fact in any court in this state; and certified copies of said by-laws and clerk's certificates shall also be received as evidence in all the courts of the state.
