§ 219-11. Village residents; office holders; legal proceedings
The inhabitants of the village shall belong to and remain inhabitants of the town of Enosburg, and no member of the village corporation shall be deemed thereby incompetent to act as judge, justice of the peace, juror, sheriff, constable, or witness, in any cause or proceedings in which the corporation shall be interested. (Added 1886, No. 195 § 11.)
