§ 213-63. Penalty for breach of bylaws

A fine not exceeding twenty dollars with costs of prosecution may be imposed by the corporation for the breach of any of its bylaws with the alternative sentence to the house of correction in case the fine and costs are not paid as is provided by law in other criminal cases.
