§ 15-52. Powers

The person holding the office of city treasurer of the City of Vergennes shall be the judge of said court, and shall exercise the powers, and perform the functions and duties thereof. The judge of said court shall act as the clerk thereof, and keep its files and records, or shall appoint his deputy or assistant.
