§ 147-3.7. Removal of officers appointed by the board
Officers appointed by the selectboard may be removed by the selectboard at any time with cause after a hearing. The hearing shall be public if the official so requests. (Addded 2011, No. M-7, § 2, eff. May 17, 2011.)
