CHAPTER 147. TOWN OF SHELBURNE
Subchapter III. Officers
§ 147-3.1. Generally
The officers of the Town of Shelburne shall be those provided by law for towns, except as otherwise provided by this chapter. Such officers shall have all of the powers and duties necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter as well as those provided by law. (Amended 2011, No. M-7, § 2, eff. May 17, 2011.)
