Chapter 135 TOWN OF PROCTOR
§ 4 Village indebtedness
§ 135-4. Village indebtedness
In order to complete the payment of existing indebtedness of the village of Proctor and indebtedness that may be incurred from time to time for that area, the officers of the town of Proctor corresponding to those of the village of Proctor who had charge of the payment of the debt shall have authority to act as the duly authorized officers of the village of Proctor. The tax so assessed shall be collected at the same time and in the same manner as other town taxes.
