§ 133-303. Terms of office-Selectmen

(a) There shall be three Selectmen elected for a staggered term of three years, with only one of these positions vacant in any one year, and two Selectmen elected for a one year term.

(b) At their first regular meeting following the Annual Town Meeting, the Selectmen shall elect a Chair and a Vice-Chair of the Board of Selectmen, each of whom shall be elected for a term of one year and may succeed himself or herself indefinitely.
