§ 129-905. Planning director

The Planning Director shall be appointed in accordance with Title 24 section 4325(11) of the Vermont Statutes Annotated. Upon appointment, the Planning Director shall be under the direction of the Town Manager for faithful performance of his/her duties as prescribed in the Vermont Statutes and this charter.
