§ 129-904. Zoning administrator

The Zoning Administrator shall be appointed in accordance with Title 24 section 4442 of the Vermont Statutes Annotated. Upon appointment, the Zoning Administrator shall be under the direction of the Town Manager for faithful performance of his/her duties as prescribed in the Vermont Statutes and this charter.
