§ 129-401. Organization
(a) Forthwith after their election and qualification the School Trustees shall organize and elect a Chairman, a Vice-Chairman and a Clerk by a majority vote of the entire Board.
(b) The Chairman of the Board or in his or her absence, the Vice-Chairman or in his or her absence the Clerk shall preside at all meetings of the Board and shall be recognized as the head of the Town or School District for all ceremonial purposes.
