§ 123-115. Change of Form of Government

Upon petition of a number of legal voters equal to at least fifteen percent (15%) of the total registered voters of the Town may, at any annual meeting or special meeting duly warned and held for that purpose, vote to change the council-manager form of government to any other legal form. A majority of the legal votes cast shall be needed to effect a change of government.
