§ 113-206. Meetings of the board of selectmen

(a) As soon as possible after the election of the chairman and vice-chairman, the board of selectmen shall fix the time and place of its regular meetings and such meetings shall be held at least once each month.

(b) The board of selectmen shall determine its order of business.

(c) The presence of three members of the board of selectmen shall constitute a quorum.
