CHAPTER 105. TOWN OF BERLIN
Subchapter V. Town Administrator
§ 105-52. Role of selectboard
The selectboard shall have the authority, by majority vote, to overrule any action or decision of the town administrator, after a full and open opportunity to discuss the subject. The selectboard shall vote and approve all extraordinary expenditures.
