§ 101-27. Committee of five

Annually, prior to January 31, a committee of five (5) voters shall be appointed to review, with the selectmen, the proposed town budget. Their terms shall expire upon final adoption of the budget. The selectmen shall appoint two (2) members and the clerk-treasurer, one (1) member; these three (3) shall appoint two (2) additional members.
