CHAPTER 601. RUTLAND COUNTY RECREATIONAL DISTRICT
ARTICLE 1. CREATION AND POWERS
§ 601-1. Creation
Pursuant to subchapter 3 of chapter 121 of Title 24, there is created a union municipal district which shall be known as the Rutland County recreation district and which shall be a body politic and corporate.
