§ 3267. Eligible energy efficiency projects

Those entities appointed as energy efficiency utilities under 30 V.S.A. { 209(d) shall develop a list of eligible energy efficiency projects and shall make the list available to the public on or before July 1 of each year. (Added 2009, No. 45, { 15j, eff. May 27, 2009.)
