§ 1783. Indorsement to be conclusive evidence of authority
The indorsement of such certificate of registration upon any bond, note or certificate by such treasurer shall be conclusive evidence that such treasurer was directed by the proper officers of the municipal corporation of which he was treasurer to convert such bond into a registered obligation.
