§ 303. Obstructing sheriff; penalty

A person who refuses a sheriff entrance to his house or other buildings as provided in section 302 of this title, or threatens him or abuses him or his assistants before or after he has entered such buildings, or hinders him in any way in the execution of the warrants provided for in section 302, shall be fined not more than $200.00.
