§ 1408. Supervisor; general duties
Such supervisor shall act as selectman in matters of road encroachment, planning and related bylaws, as school director and truant officer, as constable, as collector of taxes and as town clerk in the matter of licensing dogs. (Amended 1967, No. 147, { 36, eff. Oct. 1, 1968; 1971, No. 78, { 2, eff. April 16, 1971.)
