§ 418. Collection of additional tax; regulations
The commissioner of motor vehicles shall levy and collect the taxes imposed by section 417 of this title. The commissioner shall make such rules and regulations, and prescribe such forms as are necessary to carry out the provisions of sections 415, and 416-421 of this title.
