§ 363. Converted motor vehicle
When a motor vehicle of the pleasure car type is built over or converted into a motor vehicle designed for carrying merchandise or freight, such motor vehicle shall be registered at pleasure car rate, or at truck rate as the commissioner may, in his or her discretion, determine.
