§ 305a. When not issued
The commissioner shall not renew the registration of a person who is the sole registrant after receiving notice from the judicial bureau that the person has not paid a judgment for a traffic violation. (Added 2007, No. 51, { 6, eff. Jan. 1, 2010.)
