§ 3321. Motor propelled boats in South Pond prohibited

(a) The use and operation of motor propelled boats on the waters of South Pond in the town of Marlboro is prohibited.

(b) The fish and wildlife department shall post notice of this section conspicuously at the boat launching areas at the South Pond impoundment.

(c) A person who violates this section shall be fined not more than $20.00 for each offense. (Added 1983, No. 212 (Adj. Sess.), { 2.)
