§ 2207. Supreme court rules
The supreme court is empowered to prescribe and amend from time to time rules consistent with this chapter governing proceedings under this chapter. The rules thus prescribed shall not abridge, enlarge or modify any substantive rights of any person provided by law. Rules under this section shall be adopted in the manner provided in and subject to the provisions of section 1 of Title 12. (Added 1971, No. 228 (Adj. Sess.), { 1.)
