§ 2019. Mailing certificate
The certificate of title shall be mailed or personally delivered, upon proper identification of the individual, to the first lienholder named in it or, if none, to the owner. (Added 1969, No. 297 (Adj. Sess.), { 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1971; amended 1979, No. 10.)
