ARTICLE 1. WEIGHT REGULATIONS
§ 1412. Multiple weight violations
No more than one overweight violation per vehicle shall be written by an enforcement officer at any single incident. (Added 1977, No. 177 (Adj. Sess.), { 11, eff. May 1, 1978.)
