§ 781. Rules and regulations
The custodian of underwater historic properties shall be the division which shall administer the preservation and protection of these properties in accordance with this chapter. The division may prescribe such rules and regulations as are necessary to preserve, protect and recover any or all underwater historic properties. (Added 1975, No. 109, { 4.)
