ARTICLE 1. GENERALLY
§ 2735. State buildings
The commissioner shall establish a risk classification system for all state buildings. State buildings classified as high or medium risk shall be inspected at least every five years, and the commissioner's findings and recommendations shall be reported to the secretary of administration. (Added 2003, No. 141 (Adj. Sess.), { 3, eff. April 1, 2005.)
