§ 514. Costs

When the appellant is allowed a sum greater than was awarded by the transportation board, the court shall tax costs against the agency of transportation. When the award fixed by the transportation board is upheld, the court shall tax costs against the appellant. The court shall fix the time for paying the damages awarded. (Added 1985, No. 269 (Adj.
