§ 15. Changes in the state highway system
Highways may be added to or deleted from the state highway system by:
(1) legislative action; or
(2) a proposal by the agency which is accepted by the legislative body of the affected municipality and approved by the general assembly. (Added 1985, No. 269 (Adj. Sess.), { 1; amended 1989, No. 246 (Adj. Sess.), { 7.)
