18 VT Stats § 4463. (2011 through Adj Sess) What's This?

§ 4463. License

(a) No person shall operate a salvage food facility in this state without having obtained a license from the department. The license shall be posted in public view on the licensed premises.

(b) The fee for a salvage food facility license shall be $75.00. The license shall be effective for one year and may be renewed on payment of the license fee and approval of the department. Fees collected under this subsection shall be credited to a special fund and shall be available to the department to offset the cost of providing the services.
