§ 112. Circulars of information

The board shall prepare and distribute to local boards of health, physicians and other persons such printed circulars as it deems necessary and such rules and regulations as the board may promulgate and, upon request of the board, the commissioner thereof shall give information relative to the cause and prevention of disease and directions as to modes of management, quarantine and means of prevention of contagious and infectious diseases. (Amended 1959, No. 329 (Adj. Sess.), { 27, eff. March 1, 1961.)
