§ 8. Prosecutions; penalties
The state's attorney to whom the board reports a violation of this title shall cause proceedings to be commenced and prosecution in the proper court without delay, for the enforcement of penalties as in such case provided. (Amended 1959, No. 329 (Adj. Sess.), { 27, eff. March 1, 1961.)
