§ 2822. Campaign reports; local candidates

Each candidate for local office who has made expenditures or accepted contributions of $500.00 or more shall file with the officer with whom his nomination papers are filed campaign finance reports ten days before and ten days after the local election. (Added 1981, No. 197 (Adj. Sess.), { 1, eff. date, see note set out below.)
