16 VT Stats § 163. (2011 through Adj Sess) What's This?

§ 163. Office; meetings

The office of the board shall be the office of the commissioner of education. The board shall meet monthly and shall hold special meetings as required for the performance of its duties. The times and places for regular and special meetings shall be designated by the chairman of the board. The chairman shall call a special meeting upon the written request of any two members.
