§ 910. Coordination of services to children and adolescents with a severe emotional disturbance
Each town, city, interstate, incorporated, unified, or union school district shall cooperate with the department of mental health, the department for children and families, the department of disabilities, aging, and independent living, and the department of education in coordinating educational services to children and adolescents with a severe emotional disturbance pursuant to the provisions of chapter 43 of Title 33.
