§ 3742. Flag display
The board shall cause to be erected on each schoolhouse, or on the premises belonging thereto, a suitable flag pole, and, while school is in session, at such times as it directs, shall cause a United States flag, which shall not be lettered or marked in any way, to be displayed thereon; and may cause a United States flag and a state flag to be displayed in such schoolhouse. A person who violates a provision of this section shall be fined not more than $10.00.
