§ 3448a. Appeal

Any municipal corporation or independent school as defined in section 3447 of this title aggrieved by an order, allocation or award of the state board of education may, within 30 days, appeal therefrom to the superior court in the county in which the project is located. (Added 1995, No. 185 (Adj. Sess.), { 73, eff. May 22, 1996.)
