§ 309. Private counsel

Subject to the provisions of Rule 15 of the Rules of Family Proceedings, an individual may employ private counsel to represent the individual in proceedings authorized by this title. (Added 1997, No. 11, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1998.)
