§ 3-103. Transfer, stay, or dismissal

If the court, on its own motion or on motion of a party to the proceeding for adoption, finds in the interest of justice that the matter should be heard in another forum where venue lies under section 3-102 of this title, the court may transfer, stay, or dismiss the proceeding, subject to any further conditions imposed by the court. (Added 1995, No. 161 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
