§ 1045. Certified copies of custody decree

The court administrator or the clerk of the court of competent jurisdiction of this state at the request of the court of another state or at the request of any person who is affected by or has a legitimate interest in a custody decree, shall certify and forward a copy of the decree to that court or person.
